Project Commissioning and Hand-Over
Our skilled Zipper PMC team oversees the smooth completion of the project and ensures the satisfactory closure of all work by various agencies.
Thorough quality checks, testing and snag-removal processes with strict timelines are laid down for project commissioning and hand-over.
We procure operation manuals, as-built drawings, performance and other guarantees and handover the facilities to the client along with complete project closure documentation. We ensure that the documentation includes all information required for good operations and maintenance of facilities & if required, arrange training for Operations & Maintenance staff.
We also ascertain the finalization of all contracts and payments to contractors/vendors and other project agencies.
