An overall time schedule is prepared for every stage of the project, to enable realistic and timely delivery. This is done in conjunction with the client, architects, interior designers, specialist consultants and construction agencies.

We also advise clients on changes in the time programmed recommend appropriate action and obtain authorization from them.

At every phase of the project we ensure that appropriate channels of communication between members of the project team are established and maintained. In addition to this, we conduct a weekly project meeting to monitor progress milestones and discuss quality concerns. We take follow-up remedial action if required, to ensure smooth progress and superb quality at all stages of the project.
